Vendor Policy Agreement (VPA)
All vendors that will be conducting business with FGL are required to sign a VPA before any business transactions can be made. The VPA is one of the main pillars of the business relationship between FGL and our vendors. This document is negotiated between you and an FGL representative, typically an FGL Buyer. Once the VPA has been created, it is in effect for all FGL banners.
The VPA outlines the basis for all aspects of the business relationship. Many different terms and conditions are outlined in the policy agreement, some which include but are not limited to product discounts, booking and repeat terms, transportation and warranty return instructions.
