Vendor Standards

To help FGL facilitate interaction with our vendor community the Vendor Standards Group (VSG) has been put into place. This group will provide a central clearinghouse approach to vendor related issues that may arise with regards to the Vendor Standards Manual (VSM) and the Vendor Policy Agreement (VPA). To help facilitate this, a number of resources have been made available to you through this website including the VSM, forms required to do business with FGL, store address listing, Operations Manual which contains our EDI Guidelines, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) and important FGL contact information.
