Electronic Trading

FGL requires our vendor partners to exchange key business data with us electronically - this streamlines processes and helps build an efficient supply chain network.

There are two electronic trading methods available to our vendors; Direct Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and a web-based solution that doesn’t require any technical implementation.

FGL has partnered with SPS Commerce to provide the Web Forms service and to help transition Direct EDI vendors into our testing and production environments.

For new vendors, SPS will contact you to explain your EDI choices and help you get started. Go to the SPS Commerce portal site for detailed information on the services they provide, their terms of service, fees and contracts.
