EDI Technical Guidelines

To successfully exchange data with FGL using Direct, or traditional EDI, Vendors will need to work closely with our Electronic Trading Support team. We have documented all of our requirements in our EDI Technical Guidelines.

These Technical Guidelines are aimed at the programmers and technical implementers of your EDI program. They compare our requirements to the ANSI X12 Version 5010 and outline deviations from the norm. They should be used to accurately map your data to ensure it will validate at our gateway.
