Franchise Profile

The Forzani Group Ltd. (FGL) operates a premiere sporting goods retail franchise program. The franchise business has grown greatly in the past several years, and the potential for continued growth is huge. Franchise operations are centred primarily in Quebec.

FGL's primary objective in our franchise business is to permit our franchisees to focus on their customer base. Each franchisee is provided with extensive support in site selection, construction and design, accounting, human resources, in-store technology, loss prevention and training at the Forzani Academy.
As of May 1, 2009 the franchise division operated 229 stores.
