Sports Experts ("SE") stores, located primarily in the province of Quebec, provide a decidedly 'fashionable' edge to athletic outerwear, clothing and footwear, literally expanding the definition of sports in the markets in which it competes.

Offering a broad assortment of branded and private-label products, complemented by low priced closeout merchandise in equipment, apparel and footwear, SE provides an outstanding value proposition to the consumer. SE stores began a process two years ago to dramatically grow the average store size and the transformation of the business from 6,000 square foot average sizes containing approximately 8,000 items to 20,000 square foot giants carrying over 40,000 items is well underway. Today, all new stores are in the larger size and all renovations are accompanied by expansions.

As of June 1, 2008 there were 71 locations.
